An introduction to the applications and techniques for growing plants in residential, public and commercial environments. Study the selection, care, culture, propagation and maintenance of trees, shrubs, flowers, edible plants and grasses. learn how to incorporate groups of plants to create home landscapes, herb, vegetable, water, public and thematic gardens, seasonal plant displays and landscape features for people management. | |

Prerequisite: Eligibility for ENG 111 and for any general education math. | |
