Throughout the Dreamweaver 8 book, you will be developing a website that will be enhanced by the skills learned in each chapter. The site must include information which will be of global interest. Therefore, you must choose one of the following topics. The final site must include information on at least four different countries. This may take a little research so be sure you choose a topic that interests you. Start planning and gathering information (URLs, graphics, background information, etc.). As you create the site throughout the semester, you can incorporate the appropriate information into your site.

Write a proposal for the website (Using Notepad so that it can be copy/pasted into an email or Angel.) The proposal will address the following questions. Number your answers and leave a blank line between each answer. Answers are to be short, but complete.
- What is the topic?
- What is the goal or purpose of the site? font>
- What four countries will be included?
- Who is the potential audience?
- What would be an appropriate domain name?
- Why would a web site be a better solution than a print-based solution?
- What standard will be used to measure the success of the site?
- What will be included to make (and keep) the site "fresh and interesting"?
